Grin version 3.1.0 has been released, both node and wallet binaries have been updated. Node has focused on improving the P2P layer and the robustness of rewind functionality. Wallet has added features such as payment proof verification and a new interactive CLI. This is a non-breaking release but all users are encouraged to upgrade nevertheless. Extensive details here.

There are 96 open issues in /grin, and 22 open issues in /grin-wallet.

approved @jaspervdm’s funding request welcoming him to work full time on Grin for the next three months,
discussed general fund spending guidelines RFC and the conditions for adding repos to the github org,
reviewed open RFCs in detail.
