The v3.0.0 network wide upgrade is taking place this week on Jan 15 2020. Every user should upgrade to v3.0.0 of node and wallet.

@alexbyrnes made a pre-release of Grinbot, a self-hosted keybase and telegram bot wallet for Grin.

Both dev and governance meetings have now been moved to Keybase, with an action to improve visibility of our Keybase community on the main website.
