Discussion coming up in tomorrow’s developer meeting about what (if any) actions to take in order to mitigate re-org risks, after Beam disclosed that there had been attacks on their network.

Research
The discussion has continued about various attacks and solutions that relate to replayability and uniqueness checks for kernels. @phyro discovered that it is possible to utilize PayJoins to protect against replays.

The last governance meeting discussed improving documentation and forming a working group for further Replay/Play work.
